When we’ve got something special we typically sample roast and cup on Tuesdays and then rest it.
Friday you’ll get an email with the coffee and a link to order.
Then we’ll brew it in our coffee bars that Sunday morning so you can taste it before you decide.
These are limited lots — so when they’re gone, they’re gone.
