Things to know about us
- We carefully select and roast our own coffee locally in Doylestown, PA.
- Our espresso drinks are handcrafted individually using traditional Italian equipment.
- Hot coffee is brewed fresh and available in a light or a darker roast.
- Our chai and London Fog concentrates are brewed fresh at each bar.
- Our matcha is ceremonial grade only.
- We make our own almond milk.
- We make our own syrups: vanilla from organic simple syrup and real vanilla, maple that is nothing but pure maple syrup, and pumpkin spice from pure maple syrup and ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg we grind fresh.
If it comes over our bar, we either made it here, or we chose it carefully. No factory powders, no concentrates from a jug, no chemically processed anything.
Nothing artificial. Nothing we wouldn’t drink ourselves.
