The Mutu Batak is produced in the Lintong Region and is a completely wet hulled, sun-dried and triple-picked coffee. This is an excellent preparation with the heavy body that is characteristic of the Region. It has beautiful fresh acidity for Sumatra with notes of fig and dried apricot, loads of sweet and rich tobacco flavor, leather and clean cedar, and a long lingering finish.

I bought a bag in the Doylestown Shop! It is fabulous coffee, so much better than the over roasted stuff you get from big name coffee houses.
